Scrap with Sarah: Cherry-O

I was really excited to see that the challenge this week was a sketch, always nice to have a little something to get those creative juices flowing and even better I was able to implement my new obsession...paper flowers! I have been having so much fun making all sorts of different paper flowers, I will have to do a blog post on them. I also was able to try out faux stitching, so cool and easy...inspired by Tresa Black. I wanted to make a plain note card to send along with a little "just because" gift, so I used this challenge as the perfect opportunity. I used some scraps that I had left over from the Cherry-O Level 2 paper pack, Tulip ribbon & brad, Chocolate cardstock & ink. The photos aren't the greatest as I just took them...need some natural light!

The start of a new month and many new things in the works! First, I am so excited and would like to invite you to join me for my first workshop! Come create a recipe box complete with recipe cards using Cherry-O papers. Who doesn't need a cheerful recipe box? Great to keep for yourself or give as a gift! You can join me for the workshop at my home or you can get it to go and do it on your own. If you would like it go just add $5 for shipping or you can pick it up at my house. There are a few kit options for you to choose from but all you need is the basic kit to complete the workshop.
